Software Engineer - PCM (Power Control Module)

Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Software Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Develop vehicle PCM software
• Analyze software requirements
• Develop software designs, code & test procedures
• Perform software tests
• Integrate hardware and software
• Debug software
• Present status reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering (or relevant degree)
• Experience with Ada, C and/or C++ programming
• Experience with Linux & Unix
• Experience with vehicle software
• Only United States Citizens can be considered
• Must possess or be able to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with military vehicle software
• Knowledge of military standards
• Experience with Ethernet or CAN data bus
• DOORS experience
• GIT, Bitbucket and/or Confluence experience
