Waller Group is seeking a commercial real estate transaction assistant with the following skills:
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience within the residential or commercial real estate field.
- Experience sourcing and assisting with IT services, computer set up, sourcing, microsoft 365 required. Website management experience preferred but not required
- Strong Work ethic- flextime benefits but must be on call for administrative tasks as needed.
- Real estate background within transaction management, escrow, mortgage, or finance background.
- CRE Commercial Real Estate investment sales terminology required. Basic knowledge of real estate transaction management workflow.
- Audit or paralegal experience a benefit but not required.
- TX Real Estate license preferred but not required
