We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team! This person will provide outstanding customer service along with administrative support.
Answer incoming custumer calls regarding general customer service.Assign custumer requests to appropriate parties within company and clearly communicate those assignments. Update and maintain a customer service smartsheet/database during and after each call. Ensure that each item is assigned to appropriate parties and closed out in a timely manner. Follow up with to ensure that the issues were resolved in a satisfactory manner. Produce a monthly report listing amount of calls, action items created and closed, outstanding items and feedback on follow up. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Greet and direct visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes. Manage UPS shipping requests; sign for all incoming packages and distribute to recipients. Organize and maintain cleanliness of reception and supply area. Perform other duties and assignments as needed.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Punctual, courteous, professional, and reliable. Excellent customer service skills. Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Skills and experience using accounting software (Yardi preferred). Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to multi task while greeting numerous incoming visitors and answering calls. Two years of college preferred.
