This position will provide customer service support to both internal and external customers at the front desk, on the phone, and through email. Maintain a high level of quality customer service standards including a professional attitude and demeanor. Perform administrative duties. Participate in the annual registration process. Actively support the Office through regular participation in departmental meetings and provide feedback concerning process improvement strategies.
Key Functions and Expected Performances:
Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers:
a) Resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner or escalate to the next level using judgment.
b) Represent the Office while performing front desk operations, answering a multi-line telephone, and responding to customer emails professionally and courteously at all times.
c) Assist as requested including responding to field requests for information.
d) Handle customer citation appeals in a timely manner and escalate when appropriate.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service standards and conduct:
a) Adhere to the hours of window operations and meet it daily.
b) Effectively and courteously defuse highly charged situations.
c) Provide assistance to both internal and external customers by offering recommendations or alternatives when initial requests cannot be met.
3. Perform administrative duties:
a) Manage daily mail.
b) Maintain assigned logs.
c) Log payments.
d) Manually enter hand-written tickets.
e) Perform filing duties.
f) Balance cash drawer daily with supporting documentation.
Participate in the annual registration process.
a) Assist with annual registration at either off site or on site location.
Actively participate in regular departmental meetings:
a) Actively participate in regular departmental meetings, provide feedback on customer service operations and process improvement strategies.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Typical schedule is 7.30am ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday.
This position requires a High school graduate or GED and 1-3 years of experience or the equivalent.
