We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You must be fluent in both English and Spanish
You must be available to work from; 8am-10pm (8 hour shifts) and be able to work weekends, excluding Sundays.(you are required to work 3 Saturdays out of the month)
Starting pay $12 hr.
