ABOUT THE POSITION
Support role providing day-to-day marketing and administrative service delivery supporting US company communications, pursuits, and operations. This role will report to the National Marketing & Business Development Manager – Brand, New Business and Content and support various national service-line leaders (VPs) and leadership (SVP/EVPs).
KEY OBJECTIVES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Assist with updating and maintaining website and press assets on regular schedule
Assist with scheduling and uploading social media
Support development of publications, collateral and presentations in coordination with Senior Program Manager
Key KPI's
Ensure consistency in our brand and integrated communication
Ensure web content is up to date
Interface with technical staff and coordinate their participation in content development
BIDS & PROPOSALS
Procure bid materials and register at solicitation site
Review RFPs and create bid document outlines
Support tracking and debrief efforts
Tech edit final draft documents
Support market information and research efforts
Key KPI's
Publications delivered on time and of a high quality
Increase Win Rate %
Report on and maintain CRM/ASANA style Pursuit Tracker
Organize/maintain SharePoint/Library
MARKETING OPERATIONS
Run schedule of regular document and collateral updates
Support SEO web updates
Liaison with staff on locating marketing materials/resources
Key KPI's
Administrative, marketing and technical/reporting document delivery
Support processes and resourcing
Maximize SEO/SEM, advert and PR ROI
CULTURAL & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
New hire onboarding administrative support
Support internal communications initiatives like newsletters, all staff correspondence and internal events
Key KPI's
Support new hire experience and initiation to company culture
All-staff /special occasion events & leadership communications support
EVENTS & ASSOCIATIONS
Support administrative/logistical/business operation tasks in support of events and external comms
Key KPI's
Support all staff participation in technical and industry organizations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- Corporate environment experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work efficiently, to remain calm under pressure
- Intermediate MS Word, Adobe Creative Cloud; in particular Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Intermediate WordPress
DESIRABLE
- Experience in the development of bid response documents including production of sales copy, coordination of technical responses and graphical content.
- Marketing qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- MS Dynamics or CRM systems exposure
- Construction, Architectural, Engineering exposure
- Photography/ Videography experience
- Public speaking and training experience
