Job Description

Summary:

Acts independently as the CRM expert for the Commercial and Small Business lending and Cash Management business units. Effectively captures business requirements and implements solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. Provides necessary training to users for enhancements, upgrades and new employee onboarding.

 Key Result Areas: 

  •  Obtain and document business requirements from users for implementing enhancements to the CRM
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key business partners, internal resources and with FISERV Enact client support
  • Design MS Dynamics-based workflows, business processes, business rules, dashboards, charts and reports
  • Conceptualize and effectively explain solutions for understanding by teams in order to make key decisions about features and configurations in the CRM
  • Provide best practice recommendations and technical support for users in the commercial and residential lending business units for troubleshooting, identifying problems and partnering with IT to resolve technical issues
  • Seek out opportunities to utilize Enact to improve processes and productivity
  • Design, plan, test and implement new processes and enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure enhancements or system upgrades are completed, including data migrations, data quality and 3rd party integrations
  • Work within project management processes and with key stakeholders to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements to CRM
  • Document and utilize a change management process to define needs and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
  • Build reporting in CRM or collaborate with Data Team to build reporting outside of CRM
  • Lead the training of all CRM users in the Commercial Lending and Cash Management business units, including development of training presentations and materials
  • Partner with the business units to design and document workflows
  • Manage internal customer relationships with key business partners regarding projects to support customer/sales growth and process efficiency goals
  • Utilize tools such as Project Place, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel for organization, communication and conceptualizing ideas
  • Actively participate as member of Data Management Committee and Process Improvement Initiatives committees
  • Act as a DNA Core Administrator to assist and troubleshoot user access and functionality issues as well as facilitate testing of DNA core releases for commercial lending and cash management teams
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years direct experience
  • 3+ years direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics development and deployment
  • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to create and modify SQL reporting inside and outside Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to effectively train individuals or small groups on systems
  • Proven customer-centric service skills when interacting with employees at all level of the organizations
  • Experience in managing projects and using SQL to write reports is a plus
