This role will require the candidate to regularly commute to our corporate office in Chestnut Hill, MA. WS Development is seeking a proficient project manager that will be a driving force behind the success of various multi-disciplinary, often cross functional marketing programs and creative projects. This project manager will be a critical member of the team tasked with supporting the process of bringing creativity and magic to our platform and properties everyday. This candidate will marry a pension for problem-solving with a get-it-done/can-do attitude and place a deep value on timeliness, quality and value.

This position will be relied on by many - Field Marketing, the Creative Team, our Director of Creative Operations and other brand team members - for a keen attention to detail, extreme organization, thoughtful and consistent communication, project planning, and management. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. They will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. It's important that this person is able to prioritize projects as needed and flex as priorities shift.

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring timely deliveries based on requested timing
  • Monitor project progress, make adjustments as needed, and provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Digest incoming briefs, cultivate insight on what additional inquiries need to be made for a well-rounded brief on each project, ensure that information is sourced and passed along in a timely manner
  • Ensure deliverables align with business goals
  • Assist in management of project allocations and ensuring resource availability
  • Help maintain the server structure and DAM organization


  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • Extremely strong organizational and detail oriented skills
  • Ability to work with precision under rigorous deadlines
