about the job

We are hiring different levels (Mid - Sr) of experience for our Adobe Workfront delivery consultant team. Please be sure to list your years of experience in the application below.

This fully remote work opportunity is for an experienced Adobe Workfront delivery consultant; passionate about the platform, excited by working across diverse customer segments and use cases, and looking for a career impacting the future of work.

Within the client-facing division of our company, this role is responsible for these key areas:

Leadership (client-focused)

  • Lead multiple, simultaneous Adobe Workfront implementation, expansion and optimization engagements through each of the key milestone phases
  • Manage the deployment project plan in order to ensure adherence to agreed-upon cadence, schedule, budget and scope parameters, while proactively identifying and flagging potential issues and risks.
  • Partner with WNDYR integration consultants to ensure that any related system integration work efforts are properly informed by, and aligned with, your Adobe Workfront solution design.

Systems and Processes(WNDYR-focused)

  • As needed, contribute to:
    • the creation of the delivery process for new package rollout and recommend modifications to optimize existing processes and client-facing documentations
    • pre-sales scope definition and proposal build
  • Takes a leadership role in identifying and developing the team, including mentoring and training the junior and mid-level consultants on topics ranging from advanced systems knowledge to consulting best practices

Individual (that's you)

  • Time Management - be highly accountable to clients, peers and self through effective, independent time management and prioritization. As a billable resource, you will be required to track time accurately
  • Keep up to date on partner platform release and proactively seek out knowledge and experience that will both broaden and deepen your current skill set

what you need

Technical Skills:

  • A good amount of experience as an external customer-facing consultant, with at least 3+ (years vary depending on level) of those years administering and/or implementing Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience implementing a range of use cases, including marketing, operations, PMO, IT, etc. on behalf of large organizations
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and proficiency in configuring the full range of Adobe Workfront native functionality
  • Demonstrated competency using Text Mode syntax to deliver against requirements not accommodated by native Adobe Workfront functionality
  • Experience using Kickstart elements to enable efficient and accurate migration of data volumes between systems
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field (degree can be substituted with relevant working experience)

Consulting Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills, including experience of presenting complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner to all levels in an organization, both virtually and in person
  • Ability to effectively lead through change; setting clear expectations, building enthusiasm while navigating and addressing the "noise" of potential detractors
  • Can think strategically on your feet to navigate the unexpected and not allow it to derail progress
  • Crowd Control; comfortable leading diverse stakeholder groups with sometimes competing priorities; bringing focus, control and alignment around complex decisions
  • Can easily identify opportunities for growth for the company

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Relational people skills; empathetic, warm, giving - eager to help
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve while building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers
  • Ability to both receive and give constructive feedback with objectivity and an open-mind
  • A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, accountability and independence
  • Availability to work flexible hours supporting our global customer base

Wow factors:

  • Experience with additional SaaS Enterprise Work Management tools outside of Adobe Workfront
  • Experience in Jira, Hubspot, and/or other Adobe applications advantageous
  • Business analyst experience - Techno functional background
  • Startup environment experience and the ability to work remotely (virtual teams)
  • Adobe Workfront Certification (Core Developer Professional or Expert level)
  • Project Management and/or Change Management certification
  • Hands-on experience configuring automations and/or integrations using Fusion
  • Experience in one or more of application integration or business intelligence
  • Familiarity and basic Fusion working knowledge

Working conditions/ physical requirements

Typical office environment, generally sedentary position using computers, phones, and other office equipment. This position works in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. The ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships, and reason through complex business situations is essential.
