About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to lead client onboarding and help with ongoing service delivery as part of our newly created Implementation team. You’ll work proactively with a portfolio of new restaurant and bar clients, ranging from single locations to enterprise clients, to ultimately drive success while ensuring they get the maximum value from WISK. This can include a variety of activities such as:

  • Understanding client objectives and pain points and working to address them
  • Proactively reaching out to our customers to ensure they onboarding properly and ensuring they are seeing value from the WISK platform
  • Working with our internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery from the initial date of signup and onwards
  • Finding opportunities to maximize value from each client, including bundling

As part of our broader Customer Success team, you’ll partner with many teams at WISK, including Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations. We believe flexibility and autonomy are keys for success and all of our Customer Success Managers possess complete ownership and flexibility in their work to help each customer get the most value possible with WISK. In addition, you’ll get to work with a fun, dynamic and growing team!

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Have at least 3+ years in the B2B SaaS space
  • Are passionate about customer success and experience and putting the customer first
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers
  • Strong project management abilities and able to prioritize between multiple competing priorities, tasks and stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Self-starter and someone who is able to function independently
  • Someone who embraces challenges, change and is naturally curious
  • Someone who is willing to invest in not only building strong relationships with our customers and clients, but also contribute to a positive team environment of equality and inclusion
