Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. This job role will primarily be call, text and email based. Reaching out to current and future customers, helping identify their needs and connecting them with a sales representative that can fit their needs.


$25,000 - $40,000 yearly

  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
