To sell and market insurance products to existing clients and new customers and manage staff for increased sales production.

Insurance Sales Manager Requirements**
- Property and Casualty License Required
- Demonstrated minimum 3 years sales experience required
- Managerial Experience 2 or more years
Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Responsible for managing agents, training agents and leading them to achieving sales targets for the team
- Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives.
