We are a reputaded organization seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Researching and calling potential accounts.
Assisting sales manager by checking customer's buying history
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and etc.
Appropriate candidates for the job will have the following skills and experience:

Previous Customer Service in a business office environment
Solid computer & keyboard skills including MS Office knowledge
Friendly, customer service focused attitude- Ability to work in fast paced, high stress customer service oriented environment
