Seeking Full Time Office Manager
Westside Pest Control is an expanding, locally owned company looking for a full-time office manager.
Upon completion of training as an office administrator (approximately 3 months), you will transition to managing a small team of motivated, talented and experienced office staff and technicians.
The ideal candidate will:
Have 5+ years experience managing a team
Be a tech whiz excelling in management of; CRM systems, VOIP, Mac and PC computer systems, iPhone and Android smartphones, networking, troubleshooting, liaising with technological service providers
Have experience with Human Resources; timesheets, vacation mgmt, new employee setup, employer/employee relationships
Have experience with Marketing; trade shows, facebook ads, google adwords, basic SEO
Have knowledge & understanding of the layout/geography of the Lower Mainland
Possess impeccable customer service skills
Be available Monday to Friday, 40-45hrs/week
Be motivated, professional, driven, and resourceful above all else!
Speak flawless English
Provide references from relevant positions
