WCRx Health is seeking Pharm.D interested in expanding there skills as a fellow in our program. Fellowships are essentially a gateway for Pharm.D. graduate into the Pharmaceutical Industry. It allows you to cultivate your abilities for a successful care in the pharmaceutical industry over a period of 12-24 months. While you don’t need a fellowship to get into the industry, it affords you an easier and quicker path into the pharmaceutical industry.
· Community Engagement Projects:
Fellow will participate in existing community engagement events, and develop quarterly events which may include a combination of health fairs, public speaking, point of care testing, brown bag, and adherence counseling, etc. Fellow will use events to conduct research on new or ongoing projects developed by the Fellowship Advisory Board and Industry partners.
Fellow will be a part of an interprofessional collaborative patient care team of clinicians that provide patient centered care. Fellow will adhere to evidence-based protocols and standing orders detailed in collaborative practice agreements. Fellow will actively participate and engage as a healthcare team member by demonstrating mutual respect, understanding, and values to meet patient care needs. Additionally, fellows will have direct patient care responsibilities and actively engage in shared therapeutic decision-making.
