Graphic Designer/Video Editor with Social Media Background
> Oversee day-to-day management of any open property campaigns and ensure brand consistency and help in facilitating scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
>Create and implement content for social media platforms for 1 corporate social media account as well as active social media pages for apartments being managed by WMG.
> Assist in implementation of design of new social media platform accounts (ie;. Facebook timeline cover, profile photos, thumbnails, landing pages, Twitter and Instagram when applicable.
> Helping turn fans/leads into customers via professional and prompt responses on social media sites while coordinating with individual leasing teams.
>Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy while creating/publishing relevant, original, high-quality content dealing with individual properties, specials, amenities, local info as well as demographic specific information.
> Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in a professional and timely manner while communicating with leasing offices and regionals for any special instances.
>Negative reviews: communicate with leasing agents to get feedback on issues, if actual resident and respond directly when applicable on review platforms. Assist in having inappropriate or abusive reviews removed.
> Design, execute and manage custom property promotions and properties monthly advertising programs which will increase leads and reach of properties/product to prospective Residents.
> Design and analyze monthly Facebook/Instagram ads and adjust strategy if needed. Share with the Marketing department and Regional weekly statistics.
> Become an advocate for the company in all social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
> Continually corresponding with Property Managers and individual leasing teams to implement custom contests and post up to date photos and events.
> Assist in developing and implementing a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer reviews and experiences as well as working with leasing agents to share information directly from staff, to make different social media platforms more personal and localized.

-Launch social media accounts for Westcorp MG
-Launch FB Events for Open Houses
-Launched Linkedin Corporate Page account
