Performs full scope ofcustomer's service functions including handling direct customer inquiries, contract review and order entry as well as maintaining information in system by performing the following duties, while embracing the Core Principles:

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Order Entry of Customer PO
+ Order acknowledgement
+ Handling customer complaints and concerns
+ Prepares information used in updating customers with a weekly order status
+ Prepare and send quotes as needed.
+ Builds jobs in VISTA(ERP) including contract review and customer reviews
+ Oversight of customer BOM (Bill of Materials) to insure meet customer expectations/requirements
+ Assist/support Office Coordinator with Accounts Payable, DHR, and purchasing of office materials/supplies
+ Supports Sales/GM in process and back up
+ Controls purchasing/procurement of raw materials to meet requirements of customer contracts
+ Assist with transition to EPICOR system which will eliminate current manual spreadsheet tracking of orders and materials
+ Maintains file systems and history records of transactions
+ Schedule Work orders in Vista/EPICOR
+ Receive 'in' and maintain status in Visual Job Shop
+ Create Work orders in Vista/EPICOR
+ Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
+ Selects products for purchase by testing, observing, or examining items.
+ Estimates values according to knowledge of market price.
+ Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase or bid.
+ Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
+ Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
+ Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
+ Expedites delivery of goods to users.
+ Creates purchase orders and send to vendor based on inventory level need or customer order need
+ Creates and maintains vendor updates in One Drive
+ If invoice comes in different than quoted go back to vendor to clear up.

Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, IE). Experience with EPICOR a plus.
