The Voss Collision Centre is one of the largest collision centre's in the Miami Valley.
We are looking for a customer service representative that is able to grow with us.
As a Collision Centre Customer Service Representative you will interact daily with customers, insurance companies, rental car companies and body shop staff.
Your main focus is ensuring on going communication with the customer to ensure that they are kept informed on the progress of the vehicle repair.
You will inspect the vehicle with the customer, ensure the repair order is started and that communication with estimators is done quickly and accurately.
You will use strong computer skills to complete repair orders, send out emails and to track the progress for the customer.
Previous experience with the automotive repair business is beneficial but it is not required.
Hours for the customer service representative are 45 to 50 hours per week. There will be Saturday hours included.
