Performs duties of a Customer Service Rep at the highest level by developing, securing and maintaining customer satisfactions.
Duties included but not limited to answering phones, providing pricing and delivery information, processing phone and fax orders, reviewing emails and EDI transactions, and resolving all customer complaints and concerns.
Knowledge of insurance.
Assist customers with frame styling, taking measurements and explaining he importance of the doctors recommendations.
Support customers with warranty related issues.
World Class Customer Service.
Respond to complex e-mail and web chat inquiries; satisfaction, growth and operational excellence goals.
Support will require in-depth knowledge in the following areas: utilizing the plan, issuing authorizations, processing verification of eligibility, identifying and resolving payment errors and accurate completion of necessary documentation and forms processing.
Effectively educate and influence members and prospective members on the value and benefit we offer through our products, services and extensive network of doctors.
Respond to a minimum amount of incoming ACD calls daily and as business needs require .
Able to effectively navigate through all systems, including E gain and Web Chat, Proclaim, CAD, CSR portal and Client Support Line requests.
One plus years of customer service experience from an optical background.
Clearly document customer situations and prepare letters to confirm agreements made verbally or in writing.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Computers will be provided!!
