We are looking for a great fit for our fairly entry level customer service position.
This is a customer service role, via phone, working with both customers and providers, checking status on bills, why something is paid a certain way, billing questions, data entry, email correspondence and requires excellent follow up skills. Previous work in the medical field helpful as well as phone based customer service experience.
Monday-Friday 8 hour days with start times from 5am–7am to 1:30pm to 4pm.
- High school diploma required
- Upbeat, customer friendly attitude
- Detail oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion and follow up
- Previous work in the medical field helpful
- phone based customer service experience preferred
