Training Description:

In our eight-week paid Manager in Training Program, you will gain in-depth knowledge about our company, products, and services. We will equip you with the necessary tools to excel in your role. During this period, you will establish valuable relationships with existing and potential clients, guiding them towards effective solutions for their needs.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to transition into various roles and departments within Marketing, Sales, or Operations. Initially based in our Worcester, PA location, there is potential for relocation to either North Wales, PA or Malvern, PA, depending on the final department decision.

Compensation Expectations and Benefits of Managers in Training:

As a Manager in Training, you can expect an average starting pay of $40,000. Within the first year, there are opportunities for pay advancements ranging from $45,000 to $100,000, depending on your department placement. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.

• Flexibility in scheduling for training, events, or requested appointments
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
