Utility Project Manager

We are currently searching for a talented Utility Project Manager in our East Gulf Region preferably located in Mobile, AL.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and grow internal and external relationships
• Lead a design team to deliver water and wastewater projects
• Participate in business development efforts
• Lead projects from conception through construction
• Be a problem solver and deliver results
• Understand client needs relative to budgets and schedules
• Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies. Coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings
• Actively look for ways, and reinforce the actions needed, to improve performance within the larger organization
• Adheres to company standards for quality assurance and quality control as defined in the quality manual
• Working closely and effectively communicating with team members

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management experience in Water and Wastewater projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Ability to work well with other disciplines and coordinate design activities for timely completion of projects within resource budgets
• Experience and ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems
