ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:

Responsible for completely and independently planning, laying out, repairing, dismantling, rebuilding, maintaining, installing, and fabricating equipment. This position includes troubleshooting of all types of electrical, electronic and digital equipment (AC or DC) on a number of equipment that includes locomotives, passenger coaches, shop machinery and mobile equipment. In addition, the position responsibility will include structural maintenance such as electricity and lighting on buildings, powerhouses, other structures and yards.

Pay is $24.19/hr

As the Administrative Assistant, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

Drafting and formatting documents

Reviewing and updating information 

Handling phone lines

Monitoring inboxes

Ad-hoc duties as required

Build on your current experience as an Administrative Assistant with our client. The successful Administrative Assistant will possess the following:

Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role

Post-secondary education in a related field

Experienced in Microsoft Office suite

First rate customer service and interpersonal skills 

High attention to detail

Superior accuracy

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
