Customers are King! Each and every day the Customer Success Team works to ensure that our clients are maximizing the value they are receiving from VQM. Consumer Education, Sales, onboarding, training, support, business development, and renewals are handled by the Customer Success team. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful and the CS team drives that success every day.
VQM is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate (CSA) with a passion for technology and an interest in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry. Customer Success Associates are the first point of contact for the vast majority of consumers and continuously build their pipeline within the CMI client base.
The CSA will work on accounts that are of strategic importance to CMI and will work on a team to complete account expansion related activities. The CSA will develop a deep knowledge of the accounts they support, their client's industry/sector as well as their business needs, sales, customer service, and brand management through our retail venues and partners.
Customer Success Associates at VQM:
Have a client-first attitude and love to engage prospective new users for account expansion;
Work with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into high daily activity;
Must have one or more years of sales and customer service experience;
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers and generate interest and gain commitment;
Work closely with Account Managers to build sales pipeline and strategically grow accounts;
Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager for further development;
Understand customer needs and requirements;
Relentlessly learn about the CMI Platform, our clients, and their business needs;
Have at least a basic understanding of financial markets;
