Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated research associate/senior research associate that can help drive multiple projects. As a research associate/senior research associate in the core biology imaging and automation team, a successful candidate will have experience in histology workflows for in vivo studies, including special stains, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence techniques, scanning slides on automated microscope, practice good laboratory techniques that include recording data and entering experiments in the electronic lab notebook. As an early-stage company extensive experience in multitasking is essential.

Experience and education requirements:

• Bachelor's in biology or related field, the ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years in academic or industry setting
• Experience in histology doing manual and/or automated staining, microtomy and imaging systems
• Background in experimental design of biomarkers on FFPE or Cyrosection slides
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate activities across different departments/programs

Pay & Benefits:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
