Trusted by many of the nation's largest auto dealers, Motor Vehicle Software Corporation provides the automotive industry with an on-demand electronic registration and title management solution. We are actively seeking a Field Support Associate for a full-time position in the Inland Empire area.

Position Overview

The Field Support Associate is responsible for assisting the Field Service Representative with the following DMVdesk related duties:

  • Live scanning (fingerprinting)
  • Vin verifications
  • DMVdesk Logbook cleanup
  • Computer, printer, and monitor setups
  • Drafting floor plans and document collection
  • Install and troubleshoot Electron browser
  • Assist with DMV document preparation

Required skills:

  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work either alone or on a team, with limited supervision

The Field Support Associate works very closely with Field Service Representatives within a region to ensure that all clients are seen on a regular basis and that all issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. As part of ongoing education for the position, the Field Support Associate will:

  • Attend RMP online classes
  • Ride-along with the Registration Support team to assist with the processing of DMV paperwork
  • Learn how to complete DMV paperwork
  • Learn the Business Partner Automation regulations
  • Learn how to use DMVdesk
