It’s an exciting and crucial time for the organization at VitaCup. We are seeking a creative marketer to join our growing team and collaborate toward driving a CX focused culture.
This new team member will provide creative energy and data analysis to aid in the execution of owned marketing initiatives within our omni-channel environment. We seek a high-level thinker with experience communicating a brand’s story, shaping value propositions, and assisting in the definition of our identity.
Bringing eCommerce market expertise and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization, you'll serve as the Owned Marketing Manager.
Ready to help shape the ways in which our customers use our products?
Oversee the owned marketing calendar (Email, SMS, Blog, Social Media) and align strategy with our seasonal promotional calendar.
Partner with ecommerce leads to coordinate sitewide and category level promotions that encourage profitable conversions.
Manage execution of seasonal promotional campaigns.
Drive content creation in conjunction with Design to enhance engagement of our audience for owned marketing releases and projects
Schedule owned content in accordance with agile principles to control execution within Klaviyo and Attentive.
Manage our module library and templates within Klaviyo to optimize our speed to market, creating new email micro-interactions quickly and efficiently
Assist in creation and ongoing optimization of our core flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, welcome series, etc.).
Work closely with department leads to devise strategy and develop original content that continually drives the best customer experience while meeting business objectives for owned channels.
Review results of marketing initiatives and interpret data, in conjunction with Analytics Lead & Director of CX to improve promotional email performance as well as onsite promotions; including key digital KPI's and margin goals.
Identify strategic partnerships and emerging technologies that enhance and improve existing customer loyalty and conversions.
Assist and drive in the execution of our Customer Engagement Strategy to deploy blasts that pinpoint customers segments and cohorts to maximize personalization opportunities.
Use a combination of data analysis, user research, and benchmarking to make content decisions and complete content development.
Conduct audits of our current ecosystem (both physical and digital) to identify opportunities for improvement of both verbal and visual content.
Help create consistency for core tone, user-friendly messaging, and educational language.
Work to develop a deep understanding of the customer experience and data flow to drive conversion and revenue.
Contribute in the physical product development process to enhance our market penetration on new product development by assisting in devising marketing copy for various touchpoints: Product Identity data, packaging content, descriptions, etc.
Optimize content development processes and tools, accessibility, usability, and branding to drive team improvements autonomously
Contribute to Paid Media (Facebook, IG, TikTok) for content creation, using metrics from previous initiatives to drive decision making.
Draft blog posts to enhance our SEO
Conduct keyword and SEO research and assist in the utilization of metadata tools
Proofread/QA and edit written pieces before publication for various end-points
Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life
Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.
A strong sensibility to envision how content will be presented or distributed for both brick & mortar retailers and ecommerce channels.
3-5 years marketing experience, including a background in building customer engagement and communications within eCommerce CRM Tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Omnisend, MailChimp, or similar SAAS tools.
Knowledge of the go-to-market process for creating and executing direct response marketing strategies that drive revenue.
Experience working with PM tools (ie. Asana).
Experience working with data analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics, Glew.io).
A portfolio with consumer-facing work, focused on short-form brand and marketing, copywriting, and (UX) for consumer products.
An articulate and engaging voice with a journalistic mindset and good judgment, who can adapt quickly, pivot when necessary, and ride the start-up waves.
Experience in devising content messaging and value propositions to reach multiple audiences through multiple channels.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and experience working with an SEO team.
The ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
