Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Technician provides staff support to the Quality Assurance & Electronic Health Records Software (EHRS) Manager to ensure compliance with the clinical records system in a manner consistent with medical-legal, accreditation, licensing and general state/federal regulator standards.

What You Bring to VDM:

  • HS Diploma required
  • 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare client records administration 
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Have command of the English language and spell correctly
  • Knowledge of modern office methods and equipment
  • Type minimum of 50 wpm accurately
  • Must be able to perform basic lifting, carrying, and filing
