The Visitor Toll Pass (VTP) CSR will primarily provide face-to-face interactions with customers in a positive manner ensuring that the customer experience is conducted in a prompt and professional manner at locations throughout the Orlando International Airport facility.
There are multiple PART-TIME positions available, and employees will be scheduled for 30 hours per week, between the hours of 2:15pm – 11:15pm - Shifts are available each day of the week. The Manager/Supervisor will provide employee schedule once hired so we won’t be able to confirm what days employee will be working before then; could potentially be scheduled on the weekends.
PT Employees will have the ability to flex up to 40 hours to cover call outs or vacations (if they want the extra hours) and if a full time position opens up they will be considered for the role before hiring externally.
These positions are contract-to-direct hire and are scheduled to go direct with the client after 520 hours on assignment.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, such as experience within a retail environment. Will be responsible for processing payment transactions in-person, as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service and customer confidentiality regarding credit card transactions.
- Experience performing Credit Card Transactions
- One (1) plus years of demonstrated in-person Customer Service/Retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor both in-person and over the phone
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
