Administrative Assistant 30 hours per week

- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Pay from $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Assist the Administrators with client and caregiver related phone calls.
- Input all client and caregiver documentation into the system with accuracy.
- Assist with caregiver registration, verify caregiver background screenings and compliance related documentation.
- Assist the Administrators with coordinating client/caregiver requests and follow-up.
- Work independently as well as working in a team environment.
- Other related tasks as needed.
- 1-3 years of work experience with customer service responsibilities.
- Experience in the home care industry including home health agency, assisted living facility will be considered a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act swiftly, decisively, and persistently when faced with obstacles; must be able to solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, including full documentation of work performed, and with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, as they are presented.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
