Customer Support Representative - Automotive **Private Office Space!**

Visionary Brands, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our amazing Customer Support Team Full-Time!  

Visionary Brands, Inc. is an e-Commerce business selling some unrivaled aftermarket automotive accessories. We are located in West Berlin, NJ, and our hours of operation are M-F ranging from 8:30 am to 5:00  pm, in addition to extended hours during the Holiday season. 

*NEW UPDATE* - Our Customer Support Department office renovations are officially complete! All of our Customer Support Representatives now have private office spaces complete with sit/stand desks, floor-to-ceiling glass office windows, and more areas for Customer Product Testing!

Tasks Include:

• Actively Work as Team-Player to Accomplish Team Goals
• Contacting Customers regarding store policies, incorrect order details, and backordered items
• Responding to inbound sales, voicemail messages, Customer support tickets, emails, and LiveChat messages 
• Resolving eBay and Amazon Customer support issues
• Reviewing and Monitoring Customer complaints and feedback
• Assembling and mailing Customer catalogs
• Facilitating setting up, checking in, and processing of order returns and exchanges
• Documenting daily tasks in Project Management Software
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, entry-level position, starting at $16.50/hr-17.50/hr based on experience with guaranteed full-time hours weekly. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing which includes a background check and drug screen.
