ABOUT THE JOB

The Product Marketing Manager II owns executional responsibility for Visby's marketing programs with a focus on customer activation and retention.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Executes moderately complex marketing programs that drive customer awareness, consideration, adoption, utilization, retention, and loyalty.
• Supports a range of moderately complex projects focusing on the execution of promotional tactics, sales and distribution support materials, market research, public relations, and trade show activities.
• Works cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, legal, quality, medical affairs, distributors, and others to drive commercial success. Builds on internal and external relationships as well as enhances personal brand credibility.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Performs all work in compliance with company policy and the company quality management system.

ON YOUR FIRST DAY WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• BS/BA degree in a biological science, business, or business-related field. MBA viewed favorably.
• 1-5 years work experience in marketing, product management, or other industry relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience using a CRM like Salesforce and a marketing automation tool like Pardot

IT'S GREAT IF YOU

• Are f amiliar with infectious disease In Vitro Diagnostics market.
• Incorporate customer insights into tactical execution.
• Are analytic with data-driven business decision making skills.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Are a problem solver, willing to wear many hats, roll up sleeves, and get the job done.
• Are wi lling to travel up to 15%.
• Are comfortable lifting 30 lbs and performing repetitive tasks and motions.

SALARY RANGE:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 (Minimum to maximum salary range)
• Compensation for the role is based on geographical location.
• Compensation also depends on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
