Viridian Staffings Client is looking for a Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing cannabis company in the Southwest United States. This position is ideally based in Phoenix, Arizona, or Los Angeles, California.

Do you have experience establishing national marketing and branding strategies for a licensed cannabis company? Does your work experience include a breadth of marketing projects in web, print, packaging, product design, promotions, social media, newsletters, internal communications, email blasts, marketing collateral, retail displays, trade show materials, pitch decks, billboards, advertising, print/digital articles, promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, stationary, and/or labeling? If you have this type of background and 3+ years of marketing experience in the cannabis industry, this could be the right position for you.
As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for a fast-paced cannabis delivery company. You will get the opportunity to create and manage all social media channels in addition to creating marketing collateral in a variety of mediums, corporate advertising, social media, internal and external communication in various formats, and general marketing duties as assigned. In this role, you will also develop and lead consumer acquisition and loyalty activities .
With your familiarity with consumer buying trends, you will create and write content for all marketing and brand related materials. You will be responsible for assisting with design and vendor sourcing for packaging, branded apparel and accessories. Youll use your intuitive grasp of the impact of design on consumer buying habits to assist with product design and creating new brands. Youre data driven, which allows you to leverage new technology and analytics solutions (ie Google Analytics) to transform marketing infrastructures and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns. You also are well-versed in SEO and know how to navigate the complexities around using social media for a cannabis based business.
