Candidate must have a desire to work in a fast paced, busy medical office, work with the public and possess the following attributes;

- Exceptional communication skills,

- Excellent organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Insurance Eligibility, Verification, and Authorization

- Data Entry in Electronic Medical Records,

- Weekly and Monthly Reporting,

- Developing and Maintaining Patient and Referral Relations,

- Scheduling,

- In-bound and Out-bound calls,

- Desire to learn Orthotic & Prosthetic profession

- Insurance pre-bill tasks

Candidate must be:

- Computer savvy (minimum of 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Windows Software),

- Punctual,

- Proficient,

- Detail oriented,

- Willingness to travel: up to 25%

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
