Provision of direct services to children in the home environment and community as the Individual Service Plan indicates.
-Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, provide skill acquisition training and behavior modification strategies to client students in the home environment and community in order to promote adaptive, social, and behavioral development
-Provide a safe and supportive environment
-Record data for program progress and behavior goals at each session
-Collaborate with supervisors to review client progress and graph/analyze data
-Assist in the implementation and consistency of the interventions established in the client’s plan
-Adherence to assigned caseload schedule
-Must have use of vehicle for transportation to sessions; Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Required Education and Experience:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must possess at least a high school diploma
-Must obtain the RBT certification prior to or within 30 days of hire
-Experience with individuals with Autism or related disabilities is strongly preferred
