Wine Sales Representative Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious, outgoing and articulate self-starters to help grow our stellar sales staff. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, a quick learner and has an aptitude for processing and managing information. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain personal relationships with wine consumers who have an established relationship with our client wineries. You will provide customers with information and advice on wines that match their taste profile and busy lifestyle. You will keep them in stock of their favorite wines and introduce them to new wines, special releases and other winery activities.

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
  • No wine industry experience required (we will train you)
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable high speed home internet
  • Must be able to work the following hours (hours are non-negotiable) from your home office:

                Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm (CST)

 

Compensation:

  • $16 Hourly + Commission
  • Full Benefits Package including Health and Dental
