Customer Care Specialist - Part Time - Banking

Our Village is now looking for a part time Customer Care Specialist who can provide the best service experience possible. This 30 hour per week position requires availability Monday through Friday, and the flexibility to work either 8:30 to 3:30 or 11:00 to 5:00, as needed. Our team member, who will be working in our Midlothian Corporate Headquarters, will primarily assist customers and staff by telephone and email with online banking, mobile banking and account questions.
Our ideal applicant should have 2 years of current experience in a busy call center environment; banking experience is a plus. Banking experience includes knowledge of Regulation E disputes, fraud investigation and monitoring, in addition to knowledge of online and mobile banking. We pride ourselves on excellent external and internal customer service skills so strong interpersonal, verbal communication and computer skills are a must. In order to answer customer inquiries and resolve problems efficiently, we also require strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
