This auto mechanic position earns a competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 a year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

As an Automotive Technician, customers rely on you to repair their cars and get them safely back on the road! Attentive to detail, you conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any problems. A mechanically minded problem solver, you competently diagnose and troubleshoot car issues. Our shop works on all makes and models so you gain valuable experience working on domestic, European, and Asian vehicles. With a wide range of jobs to do including shock and strut replacement, muffler repair, and transmission services, you're never bored!

Safety-oriented, you comply with regulations and maintain an organized and tidy work area. Keeping your customers' satisfaction in mind, you treat their cars with the highest level of care. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

• 5+ years of experience in the auto tech field is preferred

ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification would be a plus! Trade school grads are preferred. Are you able to effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? Do you work well both independently and as part of a team? Can you explain technical information about automobiles in layman's terms? If yes, you might just be perfect for this auto mechanic position!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

This auto mechanic job has a schedule of Monday - Friday from 7 am - 6 pm, with an average of 45 - 50 hours per week. No weekend shifts are required.
