Functional Overview:

Villa & House is looking for an Assistant Showroom Manager to join our leadership team.

At Villa & House, every showroom visitor is a guest whom we are hosting.Villa & House is looking for wonderful hosts, who can relate our story, "A Modern Take On Classic Luxury", to showroom visitors and clients alike.Our team is hardworking, and goal driven, they care about their clients and strive to provide exceptional service, internally and externally. The Assistant Showroom Manager will be a member of this team, will share their goals and values, and will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of daily showroom operations, visuals, and scheduling of showroom staffing, reporting to the Showroom Manager. This role will lead, facilitate, and oversee all operational needs of the showroom.


  • Assist incoming wholesale and retail clientele on a daily basis
  • Meet Villa & House's service expectations to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Create and submit quotes and sales orders for customers
  • Contribute to growing client base.
  • Act as lead for facility operations, including scheduling of vendors and showroom events, ordering of supplies and marketing materials
  • Coach, train and encourage development of staff to ensure brand voice is exhibited in all customer interactions
  • Utilize software and best practices to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines
  • Oversee sample library, product pricing and inventory to align with business guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the brand catalog and offerings, as well as interior design and furniture industries
  • Assist with CRM System Management and showroom email inbox
  • Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.) in planning and product selection.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by management


  • Degree in interior design, sales or similar field a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 wholesale or retail experience and/orluxury goods knowledge or experience.
  • Previous managerial experience with direct reports a plus.
  • Experienced and proficient in setting, maintaining and exceeding sales goals.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Curiosity about system functions and ability to independently learn and navigate software platforms


  • Fixed schedule of Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
