Senior Solutions Architect / Technical Lead (Remote)

The ideal candidate has a “ready to jump in” mindset, is an excellent communicator, and has extensive experience working alongside and managing a small team of senior engineers. They should enjoy working in a highly dynamic + collaborative environment and embrace a cultural of perpetual learning. This position will report directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Participation in daily stand ups, planning poker and various other agile ceremonies

• Review and submit pull requests that enhance / fix features

• Mentor and support direct reports

• Execute against and delegate development tasks to best suited resource(s).

• Adhere/Develop coding standards

• Optimize DX

• Contribute to documentation that enhances collective team knowledge on specific problems, solutions, architectural designs, etc.

• Participate in pair programming sessions when requiring or providing assistance to fellow team members.

• Participate/Lead architectural sessions

• Collaborate directly with Product Owners and XD Designers to support product development efforts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience developing maintainable software solutions

• Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium sized teams of senior software engineers

• Experience with one of the following cloud providers: GCP, Azure, or AWS

• Experience in implementing DevOps + GitOps

• Proficiency in using a Mac

Backend

Expert Level Knowledge: .NET 6+, C#, EF Core

Strong Knowledge: MySQL, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, Distributed Systems

Frontend

Expert Level Knowledge: HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, CSS3, Mobile First + Responsive Design

Strong Knowledge: Angular 15, Tailwind CSS

Working Knowledge: Ngrx, M2+M3 design frameworks
