A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As a Customer Service Associate, you play an essential role in ensuring our company is meeting the needs and expectations of each customer. You are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our mobility equipment, which includes staging wheelchairs and stretchers within our customer's facility. When damaged equipment is reported, you make sure that it is moved out of service and staged for pick up and repair. Each day, you communicate what medical equipment is needed as well as mention any noteworthy concerns or issues. Always friendly and upbeat, you make sure that high-quality service is consistently being delivered to our customers. You love having a job where you do important work that helps others, which is why you thrive in this position!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

  • Ability to walk long distances throughout the facility
  • Ability to push up to 65 pounds of wheeled equipment on mostly flat ground
  • Excellent customer service skills

Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? Are you able to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while showing a sense of urgency when needed? Do you work well as part of a team? Are you able to keep an open mind in new situations? WORK SCHEDULE

This entry-level position offers full-time work from 10 PM - 7 AM or part-time work from 11 AM - 3 PM.
