Video Voice Data Communications is currently looking for full-time dispatchers/routers. Our dispatchers are an integral part of our daily operations. Dispatchers assure that all routes/jobs are assigned, and technicians are provided with timely instructions when routes need to be adjusted for all jobs to be started and completed on time for the day.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatchers assure all jobs/routes are assigned to technicians
- This position also responds to client and customer inquiries
- Review and manage routes to have jobs started and completed on time
- Daily reports and clerical duties
- Daily communication with team members, management, customers and clients via email, phone or in person
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal, judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use computers and office operating systems like, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Pass background screening and drug screening and renewal background screening every year
