Vibe Credit Union in Commerce, MI is seeking to hire a full-time Fraud Processor to assist our membership with card disputes and chargeback processing for Vibe payment card products. The person in this position is the primary point of support for members for fraud, providing support on communication requirements, status and outcomes along the dispute processing path. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS FRAUD PROCESSOR
As a Fraud Processor, you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our external members over the phone, by chat, text and email assisting with fraud related questions and concerns. You always take the time to establish a rapport and listen carefully to identify members' needs, clarify information, and research every issue. Using your thorough knowledge of fraud processing, you are able to process and follow up on fraud/dispute claims, arbitration and chargeback responses while communicating with our members. You research and handle cases of fraud and disputes, gather necessary documentation to further support evidence, identify fraud patterns and trends, keep complete and accurate case records and provide excellent member service during stressful situations. You enjoy working in a fun and supportive environment while helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams!
- Two years of experience dealing with disputes or card processing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail orientated and strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
