We are seeking a customer service person to add to our growing team at a leading consumer products company in Chattanooga.
Must have experience in Zendesk, Shopify and Quickbooks. Do not apply without experience in these software programs.
Customer Service person would be responsible for:
-Receiving inbound calls from customers
-Sending and receiving emails to/from customers
-Assisting outside sales reps
-HEAVY data entry
-Light phone support for company products
-Previous customer service / call center experience is a must
-Ability to multitask
-Must be a self starter and able to work with limited supervision
-Must be a fast learner
-Able to work 9 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday (35-40 hours)
-Some college education preferred
-Problem solving skills
-Good follow up / follow through skills
