Education: Bachelor’s Degree 

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 year – 10 years in Project Management

Certification(s) Preferred: PMI Certification

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by the following:

  • Managing, executing and overseeing performance of multiple accounts/stakeholder relationships simultaneously, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence, and that plan creation and execution is aligned to our goals;
  • Supervising multiple junior staff by mentoring, motivating, actively coaching, consistently providing honest and timely feedback, holding them accountable, providing formal and informal coaching and being an invested coach in their development;
  • Understanding the firm, business strategy in order to appropriately counsel stakeholders and troubleshoot issues; Dynamic presenter and comfortable taking complicated frameworks/processes and presenting them in a straightforward and compelling way to internal stakeholders and key business partners that will influence perceptions
  • Prioritizing team’s work and projects, divest from non-strategic activities with low return / impact;
  • Driving synergies and a streamlined approach throughout the team;
  • Driving innovation and new thinking that aligns with the firm’s and the team’s strategies; 
  • Managing up, down and across the matrix to complete projects on time and with accuracy;

  • Leading by example in using data to inform communications recommendations, including divesting from communications activities as well as driving innovation;

  • Knowing our strategic agenda and advising stakeholders on business decisions related to strategic initiatives;

  • Applying best in class project management techniques to lead small to midsize PMOs, support large scale PMOs, establish governance, recommend methodology, and tech enabled solutions to deliver firmwide strategy;
  • Understanding the strategic projects in flight and bringing cohesion to the program by connecting the dots for stakeholders across different projects and teams;
  • Working with your coach to share ideas, raise concerns, risks or staffing needs and propose solutions; and,
  • Providing business insight, leverage cross functional relationships and guide stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Experience in internal and external corporate communications including designing and executing change management activities and writing effectively with impact and tailoring content to the intended audience is a plus.

PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business to Become Independent Company Named Vialto Partners.

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.

CD&R is investing in the global mobility tax and immigration business, which will now be part of the CD&R portfolio. Vialto Partners, the new Global Mobility Tax, and Immigration Services Business, is made up of approximately 6,000 people, including around 160 partners, across 41 territories. The practice services more than 3,000 multinational and distributed workforce clients worldwide.
