IT Analyst

In this position, we are looking for someone to maintain and monitor the computer systems and networks for our business. This person will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist with their technical requirements.


  • Install and configure software and computer systems both physically and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • Test, evaluation, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
  • Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
  • 2nd level helpdesk and infrastructure support; assist 1st level support with helpdesk support.
  • Enforcement of reporting of enterprise technical and security policies.


  • Associate’s degree in a technical related field.
  • 2-4 years of direct work-related experience in the IT industry.
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
  • Team Oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience with content management, data governance, records management, and information management technology.
  • Experience with SharePoint/O365 administration and implementation.
  • Experience with Azure VM infrastructure.
  • Ability to remotely manage servers and other infrastructure components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Strong knowledge of windows operation systems and MS Office.
  • Proficiency/experience in VMWare ESXI 6.0+ management and resource allocation.
  • SAN Support.
  • Experience managing multiple locations LAN/wan enterprise preferred but not required.
  • After-hours support availability on rotating monthly schedule to support production systems and offshore development teams.
  • Working understand of Internet and networking principle and protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, etc.
  • Cisco Firewall experience a plus.
