We are hiring for a full-time Technical and Operational Business Analyst at our Columbia, Maryland headquarters. This position is looking for an individual with a versatile skill set encompassing a mix of strong project management skills, while also having an ability to set and deliver upon sales and growth opportunities.

Our ideal Technical and Operational Business Analyst is someone who has:

·        Passion for impacting people’s lives

·        Effective and efficient communication and tracking skills

·        Drive for client satisfaction and delivery

Required

·        BA/BS Degree or equivalent

·        4 years or more using project management-based principles

·        Experience taking operational processes and helping to create technical automated solutions

Preferred

·        Proven competence to initiate and drive projects through to completion

·        Confidence and aptitude to influence team members and business partners toward common goals

·        Must possess superior oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables

·        Ability to interface comfortably with the Senior Leaders and technical teams to develop an understanding of needs. Must be responsive, action-oriented and able to build trust with various stakeholders

·        Experience working at or with health plans or health tech vendors
