We are hiring for a full-time Client Relationship Manager at our Columbia, Maryland headquarters. This position is looking for an individual with a versatile skill set encompassing a mix of strong client-facing interaction, while also having an ability to set and deliver upon sales and growth opportunities. As a member of Vheda Health’s Client Success team, you will report directly to the Chief Client Officer, supporting successful client implementations and on-going relations ensuring client success, while also exploring new business opportunities.

Required

· BA/BS Degree or equivalent

· 4 years or more in a client-facing role

Preferred

· Ability to interface comfortably with health plan employees to develop an understanding of needs. Must be responsive, action-oriented and able to build trust with various stakeholders

· Proven competence to initiate and drive projects through to completion

· Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements to improve project teams’ efficiency

· Confidence and aptitude to influence team members and business partners toward common goals

· Must possess superior oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables

· Experience working at or with health plans
