Customer Service Representative – Full Time

Vetnique Labs® is a pet product company located in Naperville, IL that develops innovative supplements and grooming products for the animal health industry. Our flagship brand is Glandex®, a patented pet supplement distributed through vet clinics and pet stores in 25 countries worldwide including major retailers such as PetSmart and Petco. Available Position: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a full-time individual to handle all customer support aspects. This position ensures 100% customer satisfaction for both direct consumers and wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will be very reliable and hardworking, with great communication and interpersonal skills. Growth is in our DNA, and this position requires a person who can easily adapt to change and identify unique solutions with a “make it happen” mindset.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support, which includes responding to emails, chats, and phone calls in a prompt and professional manor
  • Order entry and coordination of warehouse activities to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Process customer returns and credits
  • Closely monitor social medial and customer reviews to respond to inquiries and/or negative feedback
  • Actively seek continued knowledge in growing product line
  • Receive and process customer sample requests and data entry
  • Educate customers on our products to ensure customer retention
  • Inside Sales support, including follow-ups with customers and sales leads
  • Occasional travel, including trade show attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • 1-3+ years Customer Service experience
  • Active listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Come to work passionate, enthusiastic, and with a positive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • CRM experience is a plus

Hours & Travel

  • Full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Business travel may be required for trade shows (3-4 trips per year)

Compensation

  • $15-$17/hour based on experience
