Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Johnston, RI
Duration:6 Month Contract with possible extension
- Candidate must be flexible M-F between 7am-10pm EST and have availability to work one day on the weekend between 9am-6pm est.
- (Training will be Monday-Friday only for the initial period.)
- Ability to multi-task, follow a schedule, work in a sedentary environment.
- Strong customer service skills: conversational, ability to show empathy while being an advocate (not robotic on the phone)
- Strong computer skills: this position will navigate through numerous systems (while possibly training or working remote.
- They must be computer savvy.).

- Prior Sales experience a plus.

- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate through difficult situations.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to sit for long periods answering customer calls.
